The Discord server will feature additional digital talks from industry leaders, show updates and highlights, and a way to network with your colleagues at the event, over the course of the conference.
Venue and Accessibility
VRTO 2025 will be held at OCAD University, located at 100 McCaul Street, Toronto which is a fully accessible facility. For more information on the specifications of the location please contact OCAD directly.
Registration Hours
The registration desk is just inside the red front doors at 100 OCAD. Pre-registration will be available on June 24th from 3:00-5:00 PM at the venue.
The show runs 10am to 7pm Daily. There is a 1 hour lunch break from 2 -3 pm There are many restaurants within walking distance. There is no food purchase option on-site.
The conference doors open at 9:30 AM and show starts at 10 AM daily in the Auditorium (Room 190). There is additional access to the balcony level from the second floor to the left of the exhibits hall.
Exhibits run from 11am to 6pm Daily. You must have a wristband or conference badge to enter the Exhibit Hall, no exceptions.
The Exhibit Hall (also known at the facility as The Great Hall) is room 270
Safety, Code of Conduct and Policies
Creating a healthy and safe environment for all participants at VRTO 2025 is a top priority. We continue to monitor the safety recommendations provided by the World Health Organization, Health Canada, the Ministry of Health, and local health organizations, and will follow applicable laws.
VRTO reserves the right to make changes to show policies and protocols as conditions evolve.
Health and Safety Measures at VRTO 2025
- Masks are recommended (but not required) for all exhibitors, attendees, and staff at VRTO 2025. Recommended masks include N95, K95, KN95, disposable surgical mask, or a cloth mask.
- Proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques, and work practices are in place by OCAD and VRTO
- The Auditorium, Exhibit Hall, and VIP Lounge will not be set at capacity to allow for social distancing
