After building expertise in the 3D Engine ecosystem while working at Unity as a Developer Advocate, he then joined Inworld AI where he dived into the realm of Gen AI Avatars, helping lead state of the art demos with Nvidia, Microsoft and Ubisoft.
Now Russell helps companies interested in deploy Enterprise AI find the right solution for their needs using agentic workflows and intelligent virtual avatars.
Past projects include implementing brain injury rehabilitation tasks in VR for healthcare, game design and character animation, non-traditional control schemes like eye tracking navigation in Unity for accessibility, and integrating external hardware like the Myo armband into a gesture-based wizard spellcasting game.
