Nicole Rigo has been acting with The MetaMovie Project since 2017. Previous VR projects: “A Very Old Mystery in New New York” and “The Heist,” both in High Fidelity. She is a lead actor in The MetaMovie’s most recent project in NeosVR, Alien Rescue, which won VRAward’s Best Experience of the Year, Raindance Immersive’s Best Multiplayer Experience, XRMust’s Audience Choice Award, as well as picking up nominations from the Venice Film Festival and the Producer’s Guild of America. Outside VR, she has acted in many interactive/ immersive shows, including educational programming at the Mystic Seaport Museum.
Other interactive/ immersive shows include those at the Curioporium in Hartford, Connecticut where she wrote a lot of her own material, as well as Connecticut Renaissance Faire and Terror Haunt NYC. She also has extensive experience working in children’s theater. Recent film/TV: Alive: Streaming, Homicide for the Holidays. Nicole holds a B.A. from Yale University in Music and regularly works as a classical/ musical theater singer in local projects.
