Under his leadership, Immersion Room launched Toronto’s first mid-scale VP stage, setting new benchmarks for quality and accessibility. As the driving force behind IR’s proprietary filmmaker-first LED processor and VP engine—now licensed globally—Mike continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in immersive media.
In 2024, his team’s work was recognized with an investigation for a Scientific and Technical Academy Award, highlighting their groundbreaking contributions to the field.
