The speaker will share findings from an ongoing Global Cultural Technology (CT) National R&D Project focused on advancing immersive content through AX Curation, Digital Humans, real-time multi-user interaction, and VR-AR transition technologies. This three-year initiative (April 2024 – December 2026) explores how AI and XR innovations drive the future of content creation, education, and industry application.

The presentation will spotlight 2024’s workforce training initiatives, showing how cutting-edge R&D has been translated into formal and informal education programs and demonstrated in real-world projects. Key topics include AI-curated, real-time adaptive immersive content (AX Curation); emotionally and cognitively intelligent digital humans for expressive, real-time interaction; ultra-low-latency multi-user collaboration powered by AI-optimized networks; and seamless cross-platform VR-AR integration in Metaverse 3.0 environments. With live demos, applied case studies, and structured insights, the session offers a comprehensive, practical look at how research-backed AI tools are reshaping immersive media development across sectors.
