In this talk, I will discuss my research on enhancing personal travel experiences through the convergence of AI and mixed reality. Specifically, I will present the Mixed Reality Car Conversational Intelligent Agent Companion (MRCIAC), which serves as a travel companion in unfamiliar cities. By leveraging technologies like large language models and 3D interaction, we can create immersive and intuitive in-car experiences that bridge the gap between user expectations and reality. Join me as we explore the potential of AI and mixed reality to transform the way we interact with vehicles and enhance our travel adventures.
